Event Information

The Faculty of Economics and Management of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano organizes a school on Data analysis and programming with R.

The event will aim at providing to PhD students, to early-stage researchers and data analysts overview lectures about data analysis and programming with R software. The content of the school will be devoted to data visualization, robust data analysis, data imputation, and parallel programming.

All the lectures will be both theoretical and practical. Each participant should bring his/her own pc with the latest version of the R software installed. The total number of participants will be limited to 25 (plus academic staff of UNIBZ).

The school on Data analysis and programming with R will take place in Bozen-Bolzano, Italy, at the Faculty of Economics and Management (Room D101) of the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano located in the city center. The event will be held on November 18th-20th, 2015.

The registration fee is 100 euro for all participants except for academic staff of UNIBZ and researchers at EURAC. The registration fee includes

scientific material
social dinner (scheduled on November 19th)
coffee breaks and light lunches

The registration deadline is on November 6th.
